Update on the fast

I've discovered that blog surfing comes to me reflexively, unfortunately. Sunday night after my last post, I accidentally went on blogs three times, but remembered within a minute that I wasn't supposed to be there. Monday night, I also went on a two blogs, and conscience skimmed three posts. Despite breaking the fast, the experiment is useful and fulfilling. Unfortunately, I haven't been able to listen to NPR during my three commutes since, so I'm living in the dark. I was desperately wanting to read responses to Gore's speech from yesterday, and to read the speech itself. But I haven't indulged in that so far. I'm going to quit the fast Friday night though, so it'll be a week days only fast.
