On Casimir Pulaski day

Years ago, when the Shoe Box was still in its infancy, students used to know that they were deprived of a holiday in early March which they would have enjoyed as a perfectly free day had they attended a public school in the area. Casimir Pulaski day is one of those holidays that is perfectly is both worry free and has no references to any thing serious that anyone knows of, and so for the lucky few who have the day off from school and work it is a very fun day off... a little like spring break, which is far more enjoyable than other school holidays which actually have meaning.

Today at the Shoe Box, no one felt deprived of this day.
